共振透射下石墨烯纳米带中的量子泵浦

摘要
分析了在共振透射区具有扶手椅型和锯齿型边缘的石墨烯纳米带双势垒结构中的绝热量子电荷泵浦。利用递归格林函数方法,我们数值计算了围绕共振的泵浦轮廓所泵浦的电荷。我们发现,对于扶手椅型纳米带,整个共振线贡献于每个周期通过器件泵浦单个电子(忽略双重自旋简并)。锯齿型纳米带的情况由于零电导共振而更有趣。这些共振将整个共振线分成若干部分,每一部分对应于通过器件泵浦单个电子。此外,与扶手椅型纳米带相反,一个电子可以从左电极泵浦到右电极,或者反向泵浦。电流方向取决于泵浦轮廓所环绕的共振线的特定部分。
