栅极一维纳米结构电容的量子限制修正

摘要
本文采用多配置Green函数方法模拟栅极最终尺度纳米结构中的单电子库仑充电效应，这些效应超出了自洽均场描述的范围。从模拟的库仑阻滞特性中推导有效系统电容，展示量子限制效应如何导致电容修正。此类偏差对于解释实验测得的电容及提取应用相关系统参数至关重要。
