我们展示了利用全息视频显微镜检测分散于生物制药制剂中的单个亚可见颗粒，并基于从其全息图测得的材料特征对其进行区分。全息分析的结果是对同时分散于同一产品中的多类亚可见污染物浓度与尺寸分布的精确且准确的测量。我们通过对包含人 IgG 聚集体以及硅油乳液液滴和脂肪酸等常见污染物的模型体系进行测量来展示该分析技术。全息视频显微镜还能清晰识别金属颗粒与气泡。能够区分并表征此类异质分散体系的各组分，为追踪影响蛋白质制剂稳定性的其他因素（包括表面活性剂和其它辅料的处置与降解）提供了基础。
