纳米机电系统被认为是用于质量和力检测的超灵敏器件。电容驱动广泛应用于这些器件中，但已知它会由于直流静电阻尼而降低谐振器的品质因子。我们报道了通过施加频率高于谐振频率和电截止频率的交流电容驱动，实现了SiC振动纳米线品质因子的增强，该品质因子通过纳米光机电和电学方法检测。在最优条件下展示了自激振荡。我们建立了该现象的解析模型，并表明它可以带来力灵敏度的改善。
