使用气态氚光源的图像传感器质量控制

摘要
我们提出了一种使用广泛可得的气态氚光源(betalights)对相机进行辐射校准的实用方法。连同增益(转换因子)和读出噪声水平,该光源可预测的光子通量使我们能够度量量子效率。该设计可用 3D 打印机和三个廉价部件轻松复现。适用于常见图像传感器,我们相信该方法有潜力成为显微设施与光学实验室中皆有用的工具。
