摘要

我们从理论上证明了在石墨烯中通过从自旋极化电流中过滤电荷来产生纯自旋电流的可能性。为了实现这种基于最近预测的石墨烯镜面Andreev反射特性的效应，我们提出了两种包含正常-超导(NS)结的器件结构。
