UPd_2Al_3光学光谱中的赝隙

摘要
在1 cm^{-1} 到 40 cm^{-1}（0.14 meV 到 5 meV）的光谱范围内，测量了UPd_2Al_3在温度 K 下的面内光导率。当温度降至25 K以下时，光学响应中出现了一个明显的0.2 meV赝隙。此外，我们观察到一个位于零频率的窄电导峰，在2 K时其宽度小于1 cm^{-1}，但仅包含一部分离域载流子。电子激发中的能隙可能是重费米子基态的固有特征。
