纳米薄石墨层上超导纳米岛周期阵列的邻近效应

摘要
采用聚焦离子束在纳米薄石墨上制备了W-Ga-C合金超导纳米岛的规则结构。对含有纳米岛的桥和不含岛的参考桥,均测量了低至1.7K的电阻-温度依赖关系以及高达24T磁场下的磁电阻。这些测量结果的差异展示了纳米薄石墨层上W-Ga-C超导纳米岛规则结构的邻近效应。
