我们考虑一种将复值周期函数 近似为 值函数乘积的矩阵元的算法，这构成了所谓量子信号处理的基础。我们证明，在随机访问存储计算模型下，当 为以精度 近似 的多项式次数时，该算法运行时间为 ；先前效率声称假定了强算术计算模型且缺乏数值稳定性分析。
