摘要
准一维材料PdTeI在常压下表现出异常的电子输运性质。本文通过电输运、同步辐射X射线衍射(XRD)与拉曼光谱测量的结合,系统研究了PdTeI对外部压力的结构与电子响应。PdTeI中的电荷密度波(CDW)序较为脆弱,其转变温度TCDW随外压施加而迅速降低。当压力增至1 GPa时,电阻驼峰已不可辨。进一步压缩后,在20 GPa以上确立零电阻,表明超导态的出现。XRD与拉曼数据共同证明,超导性的出现伴随PdTeI的压力诱导非晶化。
