本文讨论了格点 QCD 对 H-双重子存在性的当前约束。由于在近似相同的格距下仅有两次对 H-双重子结合能的重要格点 QCD 计算，向物理点的手征与连续极限外推形式尚未确定。在这份简报中，我们考虑了两种简单的手征外推对 H-双重子施加的约束。在这两种情况下，向物理π子质量的外推均允许存在束缚的 H-双重子或近阈散射态。需要进一步的格点 QCD 计算来澄清这一情况。
