摘要
我们重访了最近的研究 [Predicting results of the Research Excellence Framework using departmental h-index, Scientometrics, 2014, 1-16; arXiv:1411.1996]，该研究尝试利用所谓的院系 -index 来预测英国科研卓越框架 (REF~2014) 的结果。在此我们报告，我们的预测未能准确预判 REF 的整体结果，也未能准确预判各机构相对于其在上一轮科研评估 (RAE~2008) 中排名的变动。
