质子弹性形状因子的精确Rosenbluth测量

摘要

我们报告了在Q^2值为2.64、3.20和4.10 GeV^2时质子形状因子的新Rosenbluth测量结果。与以往探测散射电子的测量不同,本实验通过探测反冲质子来确定截面。在每个Q^2下,相对截面的确定精度优于1%。测量重点在于提取G_E/G_M,其精度达到4-8%,并发现其近似满足形状因子标度律,即\mu_p G_E \approx G_M。这些结果与之前的Rosenbluth提取结果一致且精确得多。然而,它们与近期精度相当的极化转移测量结果不一致,表明两种技术之间存在系统性差异。
