摘要
本文提出了一种用于评估表面形貌的方法，我们称之为相关图相关法。通过理论分析以及数值模拟，证明在无相关噪声的常见情况下，该方法是现有评估算法中最准确的。实例说明了相关图相关法优于常见的包络法和相位法。
