Belle II 上 $D^+_s$ 寿命的精确测量

摘要

我们利用 Belle II 实验在 SuperKEKB 非对称能量 e+ee^+ e^- 对撞机上收集的 207 fb1^{-1} 数据样本,测量 Ds+D_s^+ 介子的寿命。该寿命通过对 116×103116\times 10^3Ds+ϕπ+D_s^+\rightarrow\phi\pi^+ 衰变的衰变时间分布进行拟合来确定。我们的结果为 τDs+=(499.5±1.7±0.9)\tau^{}_{D^+_s} = (499.5\pm 1.7\pm 0.9) fs,其中第一个不确定度为统计不确定度,第二个为系统不确定度。该结果比以往测量显著更精确。
