摘要

我们推导了在包含再加速的传播模型中，从星际湍流转移到银河宇宙线的功率的解析表达式。这用于估算此类模型中所需的功率，以及初级加速相对于再加速的相对重要性。该分析为 Fermi 在其 1949 年的经典论文中对二阶加速的启发式描述提供了正式的数学论证。
