硅纳米晶体发光的等离激元增强

摘要
在嵌入二氧化硅的硅纳米晶体顶部制备了不同周期的等离激元光栅。观测到高达2倍的Purcell增强,与模拟值相符。等离激元增强在前三个等离激元模式阶次中被观测到,峰值增强波长随周期变化。还制备了双谐波光栅以提取来自一阶等离激元模式的增强发射,实现了品质因子高达16的增强。
