GdBaCo$_2$O$_{5.5}$薄膜中光诱导反铁磁-铁磁相变与电子结构调制

我们通过反射型时间分辨X射线磁圆二色性(XMCDR)与共振磁X射线衍射(RMXD),研究强关联氧化物体系GdBaCoO薄膜的铁磁(FM)与反铁磁(AFM)超快动力学。观察到一种光诱导AFM-FM相变,其特征为瞬态XMCDR超出未泵浦值而RMXD衰减。瞬态XMCDR与反射率的 photon-energy 依赖关系很可能被解释为伴随发生的光诱导自旋态相变。
