MgB$_{2}$点接触 I-V 特性中的声子结构

摘要
对MgB点接触(d dV/dI(V) d^{2}V/dI^{2}(V)$点接触谱中的声子,直至最大晶格振动能.由于电流主要由3D带中的电荷携带,而强电子-声子相互作用发生在2D带中,我们观察到由于k空间中"近邻"效应引起的声子特征,其取决于通过弹性散射的带间耦合的变化.
