两个 Landau 能级交叉处的电子-声子散射

摘要
我们预测在强磁场下，两个能级间的声子介导的纵向电导 在磁场依赖性中出现双重共振特征。来自不同规模量化子能级间能隙差异的两个锐峰在声子跃迁条件满足时出现。计算并比较了单声子和双声子机制对电子电导的贡献。讨论了相互作用的声子介导的 Landau 能级间的相互作用，发现在热平衡条件下不存在 avoided crossing。
