摘要
我们描述了石墨烯中Γ点面内光学声子在与该材料中的朗道能级间跃迁发生共振时所获得的特殊精细结构。当这种晶格模式(与石墨烯拉曼光谱中的G带相关)与朗道能级间跃迁0 → (+,1)和(-,1) → 0在磁场B_0 ~ 30 T下共振时,该效应最为显著。它可用于直接测量电子-声子耦合强度,其填充因子依赖性可实验用于探测圆偏振晶格模式。
