可溶性表面活性剂在液-气界面相变

摘要
虽然中链长度不溶性仿亲分子已知能在空气/水界面上形成气相和液膨胀相,但可溶性情况则不太清晰。我们对溶解于bulk液体溶剂中的模型表面活性剂分子进行分子动力学模拟,使其与蒸气共存。结果表明,可溶性及不可溶性表面活性剂均存在相变:表面张力随表面覆盖率出现平台,瞬时构型显示两相共存,以及表明从气相向液相行为过渡的关联函数。
