二维无序系统中 Cooper 问题的双粒子局域态相

摘要
本文对二维无序 Anderson 模型中的 Cooper 问题进行了数值研究。结果表明，在非相互作用态退局域化的区域内，吸引性 Hubbard 相互作用会产生一个双粒子局域态相。该相无法在平均场近似下得到，且在该区域内配对耦合能得到显著增强。本文还研究了磁场效应，结果表明在某些特定条件下磁场会导致退局域化。
