各向异性三角晶格 Hubbard 模型超导相图

摘要
我们研究了半填充的各向异性三角晶格 Hubbard 模型的电子态，该模型是有机超导体 -BEDT-TTF 化合物的简单有效模型。我们通过涨落交换 (FLEX) 方法处理库仑相互作用的影响，并获得了该模型在各种参数下的相图。结果表明，d 波超导在相图的广阔区域中实现，紧邻反铁磁态。所获得的相图很好地解释了实验结果的特征。
