具有优化带隙的钙钛矿-钙钛矿叠层光伏电池

摘要

我们展示了具有理想匹配带隙的四端和二端钙钛矿-钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池。我们开发了一种红外吸收带隙为 1.2 eV 的钙钛矿 FA0.75Cs0.25Sn0.5Pb0.5I3FA_{0.75}Cs_{0.25}Sn_{0.5}Pb_{0.5}I_3,其效率可达 14.8%。通过将此材料与较宽带隙的 FA0.83Cs0.17Pb(I0.5Br0.5)3FA_{0.83}Cs_{0.17}Pb(I_{0.5}Br_{0.5})_3 材料结合,我们实现了单片二端叠层效率 17.0%,开路电压超过 1.65 伏。我们还制备了机械堆叠的四端叠层电池,效率达 20.3%。关键在于,我们发现红外吸收钙钛矿电池表现出优异的热稳定性和大气稳定性,这是锡基钙钛矿前所未有的。该器件架构和材料组合将使“全钙钛矿”薄膜太阳能电池长期以最低成本达到最高效率。
