柔性钙钛矿/Cu(In,Ga)Se2 单片叠层太阳能电池

摘要
我们报道了一种概念验证型的双端钙钛矿/Cu(In, Ga)Se2 (CIGS) 单片薄膜叠层太阳能电池，该电池生长在超薄（30微米厚）、轻量且柔性的聚酰亚胺箔上，在标准测试条件下其稳态功率转换效率为 13.2%，开路电压超过 1.75 V。
