用于轻暗物质搜寻的浸没于液氮中的原型点接触锗探测器的性能

摘要

CDEX-10 实验在中国锦屏地下实验室搜寻轻弱相互作用大质量粒子(一种暗物质形式),其中约 10 kg 锗探测器排成阵列并浸没于液氮中。在此,我们报告一台原型探测器的实验装置、探测器表征与能谱分析。由于 CDEX-10 原型探测器相比 CDEX-1B 具有更高的上升时间分辨率,我们确定了所观测到的一类极快事件的起源。对于 CDEX-10 原型的数据分析,我们引入并应用了一种改进的体/表面事件甄别方法。新方法的结果与 CDEX-1B 能谱的结果进行了比较。两组结果在 0--12 keVee 能量范围内表现出良好的一致性,除了来自外部铜的 8.0 keV K 壳层 X 射线峰。
