摘要
我们报告了中国锦屏地下实验室 CDEX-1 实验对 Ge-76 无中微子双贝塔衰变的首个结果。已安装一台质量为 994 g 的 P 型点接触高纯锗探测器,用于搜寻无中微子双贝塔衰变事件以及直接探测暗物质粒子。分析了 304 kg·天的曝光量。获得了 500 keV 至 3 MeV 的宽带谱,在 2.039 MeV 能区的平均事件率约为 0.012 计数/(keV·kg·天)。基于此结果推导出 Ge-76 无中微子双贝塔衰变的半衰期为:T_{1/2} > 6.4×10^22 年(90% 置信水平)。得到了有效马约拉纳中微子质量上限为 5.0 eV。讨论了进一步降低本底水平的可能方法,并将在 CDEX 实验的下一阶段进行探索。
