摘要
本文给出了 76Ge 双贝塔衰变的新结果。这些结果是从 HEIDELBERG-MOSCOW 实验获取的数据中提取的,该实验在 GRAN SASSO 的极低本底环境中运行五个浓缩 76Ge 探测器。首次对所有五个探测器进行了伴随双中微子的双贝塔衰变评估,其统计显著性为 47.7 kg y,得到的半衰期为 (T_(1/2))^(2nu) = [1.55 +- 0.01 (stat) (+0.19) (-0.15) (syst)] x 10^(21) 年。利用脉冲形状分析得到的 0nu 贝塔-贝塔衰变半衰期下限为 (T_(1/2))^(0_nu) > 1.9 x 10^(25) [3.1 x 10^(25)] 年,置信水平为 90% C.L. (68% C.L.)(数据积累为 35.5 kg y)。由此得到有效马约拉纳中微子质量的上限为 0.35 eV (0.27 eV)。未观测到马约拉纳子发射衰变模式或无中微子模式的证据。
