ParalleX执行模型在基于Arm平台上的性能评估

HPC 社区对创建 CPU 生态系统的多样性表现出浓厚兴趣。基于 Arm 的处理器的出现为现有主要由 x86 处理器主导的 HPC 生态系统提供了替代方案。在本文中，我们移植了一个基于 ParalleX 模型的异步多任务运行时系统，即 High Performance ParalleX (HPX)，并使用一套基准测试在 Arm 生态系统上对其进行了评估。我们编写这些基准测试时着重于向量化和分布式扩展。我们展示了在多种 Arm 处理器上的性能结果，并与来自 Intel 的 x86 同类产品进行比较。我们表明所获得的结果与 x86 同类产品相当或更好。最后，我们还讨论了当前 Arm 生态系统的一些缺点。
