低真空下 PCB 走线的帕邢曲线

摘要
对于一处裸高压走线靠近 GND 焊盘的 PCB 走线区域，我们在若干假设下使用简化几何模型估算了低真空中的击穿电压。所考虑 PCB 板的帕邢曲线实验测量在 2x10-3 mbar 至 25 mbar 的压力范围内进行。
