摘要
多种物理现象可导致粘滞效应。我们回顾切变与体粘度的若干来源，着重于与手征恢复及化学非平衡相关的体粘度。我们表明在二阶相变极限的平均场处理中，体粘度在临界点处呈奇异性峰起。
