摘要
本文反思我们在为大型跨学科ACM会议(CHI2018)提供家庭支持服务（包括政策决策、挑战与成效）方面的经验。文章融合了会前与会后调查收集的实证数据、对服务使用的观察，以及对未来会议的愿景目标。我们讨论最佳实践与建议，以促进其他会议中儿童支持服务的实施。我们相信我们的文章对从业者和学者在拓展ACM会议及更广范围的包容性与家庭支持方面极具价值。
