基于Cramér-Rao下界和顺序二次规划优化脉冲饱和传递MR指纹识别

摘要
目的:开发一种优化脉冲饱和传递MR指纹识别(ST MRF)获取方法。方法:在基于Bloch-McConnell的模拟信号上应用Cramér-Rao下界(CRB)进行方差评估,随后采用数值顺序二次规划优化并避免局部极小值。验证在3T下使用L-精氨酸模拟物和4名健康志愿者进行,限制扫描时间小于40秒。结果:所提出的优化方法在体内与参考金标准值显著改善,相较于基线非优化方案,NRMSE降低8%,SSIM提高7%,Pearson相关系数提高15%(p<0.001)。结论:CRB与顺序二次规划结合,搭配快速Bloch-McConnell模拟器,为优化和加速脉冲CEST和半固体磁化传递(MT)MRF获取提供了方法。
