摘要
我们研究了靶标在快速折叠聚合物(`DNA')上通过由多个粒子(`蛋白质')进行搜索的过程，其搜索结合了沿链的一维扩散、通过链环引发的 Levy 型扩散以及体积交换。我们获得了关于物理参数的丰富搜索行为，特别是对于最优搜索。
