摘要
在交叉斜坡激子器件中实现了对间接激子流的光学控制。该器件展示了全光学激子晶体管的原理性实验验证,其光学漏极处的激子信号与光学栅极引起的激子信号之比很高。该器件还展示了全光学激子路由器的原理性实验验证。
