无序合金光电导率：基于增广空间递归法的计算

摘要
我们在此提出了对 CuAu 和 AgAu 随机二元合金配置平均光电导率的计算。我们的公式基于 Mookerjee 提出的增广空间形式 [J. Phys. C : Solid State Phys. \bf{6} 1340 (1973)]，通过 Viswanath 和 M"uller 提出的递归程序 ["The user friendly recursion method", Troisieme Cycle de la Physique, en Suisse Romande (1993)] 直接得到光电导率。
