冲突中的机遇：理解步道上关键群体间的张力

摘要
本文考察了步道上的技术使用者是谁、他们的技术用途与需求是什么，以及不同步道使用者在技术使用与体验方面存在何种冲突，以理解步道使用者的体验如何为设计者提供参考。我们认为，探索这些张力为设计提供了机遇，可用于缓解冲突并改善步道上的社区氛围。
