随着技术进步,市售可穿戴设备因提供一系列服务而日益普及,包括访问银行账户、解锁汽车、远程监测患者等。然而,这些可穿戴设备常收集各种敏感个人信息,却几乎没有或仅有有限的认证,例如基于知识的外部认证技术(如 PIN)。尽管大多数此类外部认证技术存在多种局限,包括回忆负担、人为错误或偏差,研究者已开始利用可穿戴设备收集的各种生理与行为数据(如步态和心率)来隐式认证可穿戴用户,但由于可穿戴设备的感知与计算限制,其精度有限。本工作中,我们探究了利用血氧仪设备采集的血氧饱和度 SpO2 值来区分用户与其他人的效用。在 25 名受试者的队列中,我们发现 92% 的情况下 SpO2 可区分用户对。通过详细建模与性能分析,我们观察到虽然单独的 SpO2 可获得 0.69 的平均准确率和 0.69 的 F1 分数,但加入心率(HR)可将平均识别准确率提高 15%、F1 分数提高 13%。这些结果显示了将 SpO2 与其他生物特征结合以开发可穿戴设备隐式持续认证的前景。
