摘要
我们的系统最初将为读者、作者和评审者提供一种替代方案，从而有潜力获得更广泛的接受，并逐步取代我们期刊及相关领域其他期刊旧有的、不连贯的出版流程。它将使已经是开放获取的期刊更加“开放”（在可重用性方面），并有可能作为激励将“封闭”期刊转变为开放获取期刊的诱因。在本海报论文中，我们将介绍OSCOSS系统的框架，并重点介绍评审者用例。
