摘要
我们研究基于覆盖设计且具有零跳过成本的广义分数重复码。我们证明，零跳过成本总是可实现的，或许需要相对于基于斯坦纳系统的最优分数重复码大小进行扩张因子。我们提供了三个构造方法，同时非构造性地表明，对于足够大的覆盖系统，无需扩张即可实现。
