摘要
提出了一种新颖的快速递归编码技术。该技术仅操作长度不超过 8 位的整数值，且无需乘法运算。该算法的递归基础间接地为非常大的字母表提供了有效的符号编码。对于所提出的技术，其码长可比算术编码短 20-30%，而在最坏情况下也仅大 1-3%。
