摘要

我们展示了对最薄可能的膜——悬浮在真空中且仅在其边缘连接的单层碳原子——的详细透射电子显微镜和电子衍射研究。还报告了由两层石墨烯组成的膜。我们发现这些膜表现出一种看似随机的自发曲率，这种曲率在单层膜中最强。对于双层膜，我们利用衍射强度随膜的局部取向的变化直接可视化了粗糙度。
