镓-二氧化硅界面光学非线性的起源

摘要
对从二氧化硅与单质 α-镓界面反射的探测波的强度与相位同时测量，揭示出该界面极强的光学非线性，影响反射波的这两个参数。数据印证了一种非热的光学响应机制，该机制假定在二氧化硅与块体 α-镓之间出现一层仅几纳米厚的均匀高金属性层。
