摘要
半个世纪以来,Cu-Ni 体系中混溶隙的存在一直是计算与实验讨论中的争议问题 [Chakrabarti et al., Phase diagrams of binary nickel alloys, ASM, 1991]。在此,我们提出了一种在纳米层状薄膜中通过二次中性粒子质谱测量到的 Cu-Ni 体系新混溶隙。该对称混溶曲线的最大值位于 Cu50%Ni50% 处,温度约为 800~K。据我们所知,这是首次通过在整个成分范围内测量铜和镍的原子分数来确定混溶性的实验。毋庸置疑,Ni、Cu 及其合金在各个领域均具有重要意义,因此该结果将影响材料科学不同领域的理解。
