摘要
本文报告了一项可行性研究,旨在探索极化中子反射术(PNR)在探测单层超导/铁磁(S/F)双层膜中逆邻近效应的潜力。在 V(40nm)/Fe(1nm) S/F 双层膜上进行的实验表明,在 T = 0.5TC 时测得的实验自旋不对称性相较于 T = 1.5TC 时测得的曲线向更高的 Q 值偏移。这种偏移可以通过在超导钒中出现厚度为 7 nm、磁化强度为 +0.8 kG 的磁性子层来描述。
