摘要
我们构造了一个与物质耦合的一般三维超场高阶导数规范理论，在特定情况下，该理论可退化为三维标量超 QED，或与物质耦合的超对称 Maxwell-Chern-Simons 理论或 Chern-Simons 理论。对于该理论，我们显式计算了单圈有效势。
