我们给出了自旋 - 轨道哈密顿量（包括 Rashba 和 Dresselhaus 情形）在受到测度势扰动时，其连续谱下方存在无限多个束缚态的变分证明，从而扩展了 J. Bruening, V. Geyler, K. Pankrashkin 的结果：J. Phys. A 40 (2007) F113--F117。
