摘要
稳健双曲轨道小行星 A/2017 U1 的到来对行星形成过程具有潜在的有趣启示。尽管基于单一样本的推断必然存在不确定性，但数量级估计表明银河系中类似天体含有可观的质量。我们认为，尽管 A/2017 U1 缺乏彗发，其很可能含有显著质量的挥发性组分，并认为它的存在可用于推断一个潜在庞大的、尚未被探测到的类海王星系外行星种群。
