为了在多功能混合器件中高效利用单壁碳纳米管（SWNTs）和石墨烯，理解它们之间的电子相互作用至关重要。在此，我们通过化学气相沉积法将 SWNT 束沉积在覆盖石墨烯的铜和 SiO2 衬底上，并通过拉曼光谱研究了它们之间的电荷转移。我们的结果表明，在铜和 SiO2 衬底上，石墨烯均向 SWNTs 提供电子，导致石墨烯呈 p 型掺杂，而 SWNTs 呈 n 型掺杂。
